A Clearfield County Man is facing charges including indecent assault corruption of minors & others
And will be formally arraigned on May 11th. According to police Richard English is accused of kissing & inappropriately touching a teenage girl
On March 30 at a home along East 4th Street in Clearfield Borough. According to court documents English has been in the Clearfield County prison since April 11th.
