Police say a Clearfield County man is facing charges after he strangled and threatened a woman with a gun.
Lawrence Township police say officers responded Sunday to a home along Barn Road for reports of a domestic situation.
They say 40 year old Dennis Fenton fled the scene while the woman was on the phone with 911.
The woman told police Fenton placed his hands around her neck and threatened her with a gun.
Fenton was believed to still be in possession of the gun but Clearfield Borough police took him into custody without any issues.
