According to 911 dispatchers, one person was transported to an area hospital following an early morning house fire in Somerset County.
Officials say crews were dispatched to the 100 block of Robert Brown Road, in Confluence Borough, just after 7 a.m.
Crews from Confluence, Addison, New Centerville, Rockwood and Markleysburg Fire Departments were all on scene, as well as Somerset EMS.
The extent of the person’s injuries is unknown at this time and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
