The Department of Health reported 4,100 new cases in the State on Friday.
In our area, 252 new cases were reported. Blair County led the way with 57 new cases. Cambria County followed that with 56, Centre and Clearfield Counties each reported 33 , Somerset County had 22, Bedford reported 21, Elk and Huntingdon Counties each had 10, Jefferson reported 4, and Cameron County reported no new cases.
State Health Officials also reported 59 more Coronavirus related deaths on Friday, with one death coming from Jefferson County.
