2,160 new cases were added across the Commonwealth on Saturday to the Department of Health’s COVID-19 Dashboard. That brings the 7-Day Average of positive cases to another 3-Month High. Thankfully, no more people have died from the Virus in PA. However, Hospitalizations are on the rise after going over 1,000 on Saturday for the first time since June 1st.
As for cases in our 10-County viewing area, 99 new cases were reported. Most of those cases came from Centre and Blair Counties, leading the way with 30 and 23 new cases. Elk and Cameron County are at the bottom of our scale.
No more deaths have been reported.
