Centre Volunteers In Medicine continues to be a health care success story in Centre County, and there are once again an expansion mode, as Gary Sinderson tells us.
Their new fundraising campaign is already off to a multi-million dollar start.

CVIM building for a Healthier Future fundraising campaign officially underway in recent months, CVIM has administered more than 43,000 COVID 19 vaccinations.
That’s more than any other free medical clinic in Pennsylvania. It’s at the heart of their mission, providing health care for the underserved and uninsured.
The goal now to renovate their newest facility at Sandy Drive in State College CBAM, is not just focusing on expansion and renovation.
They’re also providing more related community health care services.
“Additionally, we are seeking to create endowments in each of our service areas for need, such as maintaining and improving equipment funding modest improvements as needed.”
CVIM operates with doctors, nurses, social workers and others all volunteering their time, along with the thousands of vaccinations in recent years, well over 100 patients served annually at CVIM in the 10 million dollar
fundraising goal, also representing a growing need for their services.
