State police in Ridgway arrested 18 year old Izayah Delanoy of Woodstock New York on July 5th and charged him with sexual assault
Police say they were called to the rainbow gathering Forest Road in Highland Township for the assault of a 14 year old girl from Wisconsin
They say he inappropriately touched her in a tent
Delanoy is in the Elk County jail on 100 thousand dollars bail.
