DOH COVID-19 Update

Today we had the smallest one day total of COVID-19 cases reported in Pennsylvania by the Department of Health since March 22nd 2020 with just 121 new cases

The seven day average continues to go down after it went up slightly Yesterday

11 More covid related death were reported the death toll in the state now stands at 27,654

Hospitalizations also continue to go down

There were only four new cases reported in our viewing area Today and some good news no local deaths were reported

Here’s a look at vaccination rates locally

All of our counties are below the state’s rate for the full population being fully vaccinated which is 49.3%

Though Centre County is above the national rate of 46.1%
