As for the latest covid numbers across Pennsylvania
The Department Of Health reports 6,289 new cases today.
That’s the highest one-day total reported since April 13th.
As for the 7-day average Yesterday’s total was abnormally low so it’s possible some delayed data is in Today.
We’ll hopefully be able to clarify this Tomorrow.
31 More people have died from the virus across Pennsylvania raising the statewide death toll to 29,519.
And the number of people hospitalized with covid crept back up.
As for new local covid cases in our 10 county viewing area 522 more were added Today.
Blair County is leading the way with 114 and that’s one of the highest one day totals we’ve seen out of a local County in a while.
All of our counties but Cameron have reported well into the double digits.
