The Pennsylvania Department of Health confirmed an additional 776 Coronavirus cases in the state Wednesday bringing the statewide total to 146,990 throughout all 67 counties.
Eighty-two percent of the state’s total cases are considered to be recovered.
Seventy-four new cases were reported in OUR viewing area Wednesday.
Centre County reported 59 new cases as the county continues to see a surge in reported cases.
Bedford County reported six cases while Clearfield County reported four and Jefferson County reported three.
Cambria and Blair counties each added a case.
Overall, there have been 3,855 confirmed cases in our viewing area since the start of the pandemic, according to the Department of Health, and 49 total deaths.
State health officials reported 28 more coronavirus-related deaths, bringing Pennsylvania’s death toll to 7,903.
