Virus headlines here in Pennsylvania today, the Department of Health announcing 9331 new cases.
So for reference, here’s a look at the five day trend of case totals, and it is the first time less than 10,000 cases were reported since around Christmas.
So from our area? 598 cases reported.
Blair County led today’s local totals with 122 cases.
Center follows with 104.
Somerset has 97
Cambria reports 86
Clearfield saw 62 more cases.
41 new cases reported in Bedford.
32 in Huntingdon,
Elk and Jefferson counties Both added 26 cases
Cameron reports 2
State health officials also reported 22 new COVID related deaths in the Commonwealth.
There was 1 death in our region and that was in Blair County.
