The Pennsylvania Department of Health confirmed an additional 1,342 Coronavirus cases in the state Tuesday, bringing the statewide total to 174,646 throughout all 67 counties.
State health officials reported 16 more Coronavirus-related deaths over the past two days, bringing Pennsylvania’s death toll to 8,384 .
Eighty-one percent of the state’s total cases are considered to be recovered.
There have been 7,016 confirmed cases in our viewing area since the start of the pandemic, according to the Department of Health, and 70 total deaths.
One hundred and one new cases were reported in our viewing area Tuesday.
Centre County reported 30 more cases, Huntingdon County reported 26 new cases and Cambria County reported 20 new cases.
Meanwhile, Blair County added 11 cases while Bedford and Somerset counties each added four.
Clearfield County reported 3 new cases, Elk County reported 2 new cases and Jefferson County reported 1 new case.
