An Altoona man accused of killing a baby had his Capital Murder trial delayed.
Drue Burd’s trial was set for next month.
He was arrested and charged with the smothering death of 16 month old Angela Beard in May of 2018.
Burd’s attorney asked the court to bar its consideration for the death penatly but it was declined.
A new trial date hasn’t been scheduled.
