Eagles Game Recap

Now over to Philly where it is all doom and gloom after the Eagles 23-23 tie to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

This group battled back to tie the game late and send it into overtime. However when they had the chance to win it all, they decided to punt, but that’s not the main focus for most fans. Its on the QB position once again, Carson Wentz threw 2 costly interceptions that led to calls for backup Jalen Hurts to enter the game, but Head Coach Doug Pederson says its not just the QB. Its the whole team that needs corrected.

“We’re not a very good football team. Just like I said after the game, we are not very smart. We’re shooting ourselves in the foot. We’re leaving touchdowns on the field. We’re just not executing and those are things we are really going to look hard at this week. If we have to simplify, then we’ll simplify. We got to go up tempo, then we’ll go up tempo. Things that have been successful for us in the past.

Up next, the Eagles will travel to take on the 49’ers on Sunday Night Football.
