Going on right now at the Nittany Valley Sports Center in Patton Township is the Everything Home Expo.
This is the first in-person Expo since 2020 hosted by the Builders Association of Central Pennsylvania
This event features dozens of home improvement companies and vendors.
In addition there was a Central Pa Works Career Fair Today for those looking for employment.
Organizers say an event like this helps get these local contractors their business and customers for the year and they say it’s best for potential customers to meet the contractors face to face to plan their projects accordingly.
“Right now, contractors are really starting to book up for the year 2022. If you wait till the Spring comes around or the Summer, and get with a contractor to try to get something done this year, it’s not going to happen. You need to get out now, meet with these people, and get your work on their books so you can get it done in twenty twenty two.”
The Everything Home Expo continues Saturday from 10 am to 7pm featuring kids day.
Then on Sunday it runs from 10am to 3pm featuring an arts and crafts show.
