Gas prices in the state have risen point $0.04 per gallon in the past week. This now brings the state average for gas to $3.56 a gallon, according to GasBuddy. Pennsylvania’s gas prices are $0.16 per gallon higher than a month ago and a dollar and $0.13 higher than this time last year.
The national average also going up almost $0.02 in the last week.
