State College based building contractor Glen O’ Hawbaker Inc. has made its court ordered restitution payments, which totaled millions of dollars.
That’s the word from the state’s Attorney General’s Office, which prosecuted the case against all baker earlier this year, the company pleaded no contest to four felony counts of wage
theft charges as part of the court agreement Hawbaker agreed to restitution totaling almost $20.7 million, and that’s being paid to just over twelve hundred employees.
