In honor of National Square Dance Month, we introduce you to the Hakuna Matatas Handicapable Square Dance Club.
Sixteen years ago, Cory Geishauser started the Hakuna Matatas Handicapable Square Dance Club for people in the area with physical and intellectual disabilities. The Hakuna Matatas dance every Thursday at the Arc of Blair County from 6:15 – 7:15 pm. No experience necessary!
The Hakuna Matatas will perform at Pumpkin Fest on Saturday, October 16 from 2:30 to 4:00 on the Diamond in historic Hollidaysburg.
