Pennsylvania has a big connection to the Civil War. Many Historians love to still bring that time period to life with Civil War Reenactments. Historic Hollidaysburg recently devoted an entire weekend this Summer to all things 1860s. They opened two different locations in Hollidaysburg and Duncansville to teach the public, and a lot of children, about life and the Military, way back when.
