Authorities also released the identity of the Johnstown man who was gunned down in a parking lot early Sunday Morning.
The incident happened in the Hornerstown section of Johnstown. Between the Elks Lodge and Three Reds Tavern on Horner Street.
Authorities say 60-year-old Edward West died after being shot in the chest.
Police say they arrested Arlaya Morris later that morning and she’s been charged with criminal homicide.
“The West homicide is a great example, I hope I don’t sound like a broken record, it’s a great example of when the community comes forward, cooperates with law enforcement, does the right thing, we can make arrests quickly and we can build a good case.”
