A man who Jefferson County officials say walked out of the courthouse during his trial, is now back in custody.
Officials say last Friday 47-year-old Corey Dean Harris was on trial for the alleged sexual abuse of a young girl when he reportedly left during the lunch break and never returned.
Authorities say Harris was immediately convicted on all 191 felonies that he faced and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Jefferson County District Attorney Jeff Burkett says a vehicle believed to be connected to Harris was recovered.
