Johnstown Fatal Fire Update

The cause of Wednesday’s fatal fire in Johnstown has been ruled accidental.

According to Johnstown Fire Chief Bob Statler it was an electric fire that started on the first floor in the front of the home.

Two children died in the blaze. One was a teenager, the other a younger child.

The identities and gender have yet to be released.

Autopsies were done Yesterday but the coroner expects it will take several days to identify the victims as they’re using dental records and dna given their condition.
