Kristyna in the Kitchen: Coconut Porridge

Kristyna Bankus shares a recipe for Coconut Porridge.

Coconut Porridge 

Ingredients:

3 tbsp Coconut Flour

1 1/2 tbsp Oats (any type)

1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 1/2 cup Almond milk

Maple syrup for sweet taste

Toppings:

Fresh fruits, Nut butter, Cinnamon, Coconut Flakes

Directions:

  1. In small pot mix your dry ingredients, add milk
  2. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes
  3. Keep stirring until the consistency is creamy and smooth
  4. Serve in a bowl, add your favorite toppings and maple syrup.
