3 tbsp Coconut Flour
1 1/2 tbsp Oats (any type)
1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 1/2 cup Almond milk
Maple syrup for sweet taste
Fresh fruits, Nut butter, Cinnamon, Coconut Flakes
- In small pot mix your dry ingredients, add milk
- Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes
- Keep stirring until the consistency is creamy and smooth
- Serve in a bowl, add your favorite toppings and maple syrup.
