A State College landlord is again in trouble with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office. A suit was filed this week in Center County Court against Rodney Hendricks by the
Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protections.
Hendricks manages over 100 properties in the state college area, and he’s accused of various landlord tenant related violations.
Back in 2016, Hendricks reached an agreement with the Attorney General’s Office over other landlord related issues.
