However, with the nationwide employee shortage, the burden has fallen on employers to make ends meet.
However, there is hope for those companies, as some employees are altering their career paths through Careerlink.
“As you know, a lot of the jobs were lost in the service industry and, so a lot of those workers coming back into the market right now are looking to skill up, as they say, you know, looking to
get some of the technical skills that they need to move into jobs that really have self sustaining wages.”
