Governor Wolf has now lifted out of state travel restrictions and the mitigation orders of gathering limits due to the ongoing decline of covid cases.
Wolf says the revised mitigation restrictions include maximum occupancy limits.
For indoor events 15-percent occupancy is now allowed. For outdoor events 20-percent.
Out of state travel restrictions have also been lifted meaning effective Today you will not have to provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test or quarantine for 14 days upon entering Pennsylvania.
Wolf says along with these changes there is still caution.
Efforts still need to be made to mitigate the virus as the governor is reminding everyone variants and another surge is possible.
Even though these changes are a positive thing, especially for businesses like in downtown State College, Governor Wolf still says there needs to be caution.
