The owner of a State College-based medical billing company has plead guilty to federal tax fraud, according to court documents.
Investigators say Scott Lykens, the owner of Keystone Medical Management Services Inc., is accused of failing to deposit payroll taxes, collected from his employees’ paychecks, to the IRS over a period of four years.
Court documents state that Lykens has plead guilty to the charges and has been ordered to pay over $1 million in restitution to the IRS.
