MLB All-Star Schedule

After two years, the Mid-Summer Classic is back. The 2021 MLB All Star Game is about a week out. It will run from July 11th to the 13th at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado. The Pirates have an All-Star. Second Baseman Adam Frazier is a National League Starter. Frazier is the only the second Pirate player to start at Second Base. The first was a Legend, Bill Mazeroski back in 1967. Mazeroski hit a walk-off Homer in Game 7 to clinch the 1960 World Series Title over the New York Yankees.

Here’s a little break down for next weekend. Next Sunday, the MLB Draft will start at 7pm that evening. Pirates have the very First Pick. That Sunday will also hold the Futures Game. Pitcher Roansy Contrereas from the Curve is on the NL Roster, so look out for him.

Then, Monday is the Home Run Derby. Angels Star Shohei Ohtani leads and was first in the League to hit 30 Home Runs this Season.

The actual All-Star Game will be Tuesday the 13th at 7:30pm.
