Although Mount Nittany announced good vaccine news on Tuesday they also hit a new record high of 66 hospitalized COVID-19 patients.
Secretary of Health, Dr. Rachel Levine says hundreds of thousands of healthcare workers and residents in long term care facilities across the state are still first in line for available vaccinations.
The Governor’s office estimates the 1 million phase one recipients of the vaccine will take several weeks to conduct, but on Tuesday, Mount Nittany Health received its second shipment of the vaccine.
