Melanie’s Cuisine Sri Lankan restaurant had a ribbon cutting in Downtown Bedford this morning.
All of their dishes are made with Sri Lankan spices that the owners grow themselves.
They say there are many types of restaurants with varying cuisines
And they are just adding something to the growing diversity of the borough.
“We all in the restaurant business we are offering our best services to the community and with the variety. So I am just adding another variation, another variety, I hope the businesses and the local community in bedford will enjoy this kind of food as well”
The restaurant is on the corner of Juliana & Pitt Streets in Downtown Bedford.
