A new Salon and Spa opened up Saturday in Johnstown. The Bella Barrita Beauty Bar has a variety of services including hair, makeup, eyelash extensions, and more. The Owner says she wants the space to feel calming and relaxing, with a focus on mental health. Owner Erika Masciantonio saying: “I wanted something different for Johnstown, and a place for busy women to come and do things head to toe. A beauty one-stop. I wanted them to feel like they could come in here and escape and be in some place that is different.” She continues: “Some of the inspiration for the name came from my daughter, Bella, who’s seven.”
The Salon is along Franklin Street in Johnstown across from the Roxbury Bandshell.
