Now over to the Nittany Lions opponent on Saturday night. Ohio State looked impressive in their opening game against Nebraska. They almost totaled 500 yards total offense while Justin Fields was nearly perfect in the passing game.
This team made the most of the extended off-season and receiver Garrett Wilson says the coaching staff had them prepared.
“I think our coaches have done a great job in locking that environment for us in the off-season. We got 3 scrimmages in before we even touched the field this past
Saturday. These past three weeks we were moving at game speed. Not full contact, just thudding up, and I think that got us prepared for this past Saturday against Nebraska.”
Kickoff between the two is slated for 7:30 on Saturday night.
