We have an update to the civil case filed by the family of Osaze Osagie.
The latest court development is confidentiality guidelines on information that’s being shared by both sides for medical, personnel, and other related information.
Osagie was killed by State College police officers in 2019 who had gone to his apartment on a mental health call.
Osagie’s family filed suit in federal court against the borough and others involved in the shooting.
A tentative trial date is set for November of 2022.
