The Penguins started their season losing two straight in Philly but once the Penguins hit the ice in the PPG Paints Arena they have been perfect at home
Pittsburgh won three straight games after that 0-2 start in Philly. Tristian Jarry was in the net for those two losses. Last night he made his first start inside the net at home. The Rangers were able to score 3 quick goals in the 2nd period.
But Jarry stood his ground from then to the end of the shootout making 15 saves in that time frame. 31 Total in the game and the big one to save the night. Jarry and head coach Mike Sullivan knew both said that the goalie just had to get back to the basics.
