The Flyers and Pens met up in Philly on Monday. In the 1st Period with the Flyers up 1-0, Shayne Gostisbehere gets a Power Play Goal, his 9th. It’s 2-0 Flyers. A wrap around pass deflects out to Claude Giroux who puts it in the net for his 15th. It’s 3-0 Flyers.
In the 2nd Period, a nice long pass to Gostisbehere to Wade Allison for a Goal making it 4-0. The Penguins would score a couple goals in the 3rd Period, but would not be able to come back. The Flyers takes this game with a final score of 7-2.
