Penn State University had their final day of Commencement for the Class of 2021 in Beaver Stadium on Sunday. Despite Mother Nature doing her best to take all the Mother’s Day attention for herself, the rain did not stop the Graduation festivities from taking place. We spoke with one family who was happy to brave the elements for this special day.
After being forced to go entirely virtual last Spring due to the Pandemic, Graduation Ceremonies for the Class of 2021 took place in-person at Beaver Stadium this year. DJ Krausz was really happy the festivities were at the Stadium, as that building was largely what drew him to the school in the first place. His Mother, Jen, was thrilled to spend her Mother’s Day celebrating her son’s accomplishments.
It was a chance for one and all to be together and celebrate a big achievement. About 14,400 Students got their Diplomas this past weekend at Penn State Campuses.
