After a 2-year hiatus, a Philipsburg annual event will return this year. Philipsburg Heritage Days will be held July 12th-17th.
The event began in 1998 to highlight the history of the Philipsburg community. Organizers say you can learn a lot of interesting things about the town when you start peeling back the layers just a little bit.
Philipsburg Heritage Days Chairman Jim Pollock saying: “The community has faced numerous challenges and have always found a way to win. We want to highlight those challenges and those successes that we have had. The future looks really great for this area.”
According to the Heritage Days Facebook Page, the event will also celebrate the 225th Anniversary of the founding of Philipsburg.
