A Procession was held to honor the fallen Lebanon City Police Lieutenant, William Lebo. Lebo died after a shootout last Thursday after investigators say a man with Mental Health issues broke into a relative’s home. Lebo had been with the Department for 40 years, and was about a month away from retirement. He’s the first Lebanon City Police Officer killed in the line of duty since 1903.
