Penn State’s annual Blue and White game will be.Soon and the university is preparing for that already.
Kick off is Saturday, April 23rd at 2:00 p.m. There’s free admission to the game, parking lots open at 9 in the morning and there is a $20 dollar parking fee and more details on the Blue White weekend,
along with the Boardwalk Fan Fest, will be announced in the upcoming weeks
