PSU Mens Basketball

Now heading over to the hardwood in State College. The Penn State men are getting ready for their next game against VCU Tomorrow night. The Blue and White started strong this past weekend with a win over VMI.

The game against the Cadets was not smooth or dominant by any stretch but the Nittany lions were able to pull through. Interim head coach Jim Ferry says this team is still learning to come together early in the season. And they should play much better against a difficult Rams squad.

“We were a little undisciplined ourselves and we were flying around. Then in the 2nd half we kind of locked in. We looked more like ourselves. We were disciplined keeping guys in front of us. We’re still a work in progress moving along everyday trying to get better. Hopefully you see us defend better on Wednesday night for 40 minutes than the other night.”

Tipoff with the Rams will be at 5 tomorrow night.
