Starting things off with college football as the season begins to draw closer so do the higher expectations.
There are several that are feeling that pressure at Penn State including QB Sean Clifford who saw his name pop up on a big watch list Today
The junior was one of 30 QB’s named to the Davey O’Brien award watch list given out to the nations top signal caller Clifford threw for over 2600
yards and 23 touchdowns in 2019 he was also named a honorable mention all big selection last year the Cincinnati Ohio native knows there will be a
lot of eyes watching him and the Nittany Lions in 2020.
And he knows his experience and leadership will play a valuable role.
“For this year, its about being the best leader that you can be. I think the best way of leadership is being available. I think availabilty is
the best ability. For me, that’s just talking to my teammates whenever I can. Texting a new guy whenever I can.”
The Nittany Lions have started limited team activities this week.
