PSU Struggles versus Iowa

In College Basketball news, the Penn State Men were in a similar situation on Sunday. They had one of the Top Teams in the Country on the ropes and once again they couldn’t finish the deal.

The Nittany Lions had a 5 point lead at Halftime against 11th ranked Iowa, but the Blue and White shot just 21% from the field in the 2nd Half and could not contain future Draft pick Luke Garza as the Hawkeyes pulled away to a 6 point Win. Meyron Jones, Myles Dread, and Izaiah Brockington were all in double figures on Sunday. Interim Head Coach Jim Ferry says his guys fought hard against one of the best, but a cold shooting stretch is what doomed them in the end.
