State House Majority Leader Rep. Kerry Benninghoff from Centre County has been diagnosed with a breakthrough case of COVID-19.
Benninghoff says he was fully vaccinated, but felt ill during the past few days, and COVID test results Monday morning came back positive.
Benninghoff hasn’t been in the Capitol in more than a week.
He’s currently quarantining at home.
