A man is behind bars after he allegedly sent multiple sexual messages to a teenager
Police say from may to June 40 year old Joshua Foreman, of Revloc, sent sexual text messages to a 15 year old girl.
Foreman is charged with felonies and misdemeanors for corruption of minors and harassment.
He is being housed in the Cambria County Prison
