A guest speaker came to Richland High School Today aiming to inspire teachers and staff from several Cambria and Somerset County schools to be the best you can be no matter what your position.
Nationally recognized Principal and speaker, Gerry Brooks, focuses on encouraging educators to improve their teaching techniques.
He also aims to help administrators focus on how to lead all staff in a positive and constructive manner.
“In order to be successful in any position, personal climbing culture in the way you view yourself as a professional. And what happens in your classroom or what happens in your
job is the most important aspect to be successful.”
About 9000 people registered both in-person and virtually.
