In Johnstown, the Roxbury Christmas House decorating contest is fast approaching, Johnstown police captain Chad Miller will judge people’s houses the evening of December 14th and award
prizes.
Houses will be judged based on their curb appeal. The deadline to enter this contest is Saturday and to qualify, you must be a Roxbury resident.
