The group, SADD, has been around for decades. It’s now known as “Students Against Destructive Decisions”. One local Chapter at the Portage Area School District is getting recognition. Back in 2013 they got Pennsylvania Advisor of the Year. But for this past School Year, the Student President of the Chapter, Justice Giordano won PA SADD Student of the Year! Among Organizations they work with… they partnered with the Cambria County Drug Coalition this year to work on projects that benefit both SADD and the Coalition. We got to meet Justice at the Portage Area School District.
