A formal arraignment has been scheduled for a Penn State student charged with stabbing another man during a fight.
20 Year old Judah Sampieri will be back in court on May 4th.
On March 27th Patton Township police say Sampieri got into a fight with the victim over a woman. Where Sampieri allegedly stabbed the victim.
Sampieri faces aggravated assault and other related charges.
