A preliminary hearing is delayed for Scott Williams, the man charged last week in a 26 year old, Centre County rape case.
Williams hearing is now rescheduled for early next month.
Using DNA evidence, police charged Williams with raping and nearly beating a woman to death in may of 1995 in State College.
Court records indicate Williams remains jailed in the Centre County Prison on 500 thousand dollars bail.
