Police have identified the shooting victim from the Hornerstown section of Johnstown over the weekend. They say Elliot West was found slumped over against 3 Reds Tavern with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. Investigators say he was taken to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Police say they saw Arlaya Morris following West from the Elks Lodge to the parking lot of the Tavern before the shooting. According to online Court Documents, Morris is charged with several Felonies including Criminal Homicide and Aggravated Assault. She was denied bail and is being held in the Cambria County Prison. She has a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 14th.
